Razor clam shots

A very simple and fun way to enjoy a tin of razor clams in brine. Make a bed of lemon slices and carefully place the razor clams on top. Distribute the liquid from the tin among the ice-cold shot glasses garnished with mint leaves or slices of lime or lemon.
