Octopus on seasoned potatoes

Boil and slice some potatoes. Once they are hot, add some finely chopped onion, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Place everything in a mould with the octopus in olive oil on top. Garnish with a sprig of dill, parsley and coriander.
